Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Certain products offered by Crockstar Dinner Club LLC may be available as subscriptions.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each recurring order unless you choose to cancel your subscription.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage, pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal using the links provided in your order confirmation email, or by contacting us at office@crockstar.com.

Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled subscription order, cancellation requests must be submitted at least ten (10) days before your next scheduled billing or shipment date.

Cancellation requests received after the cutoff period may not take effect until the following subscription cycle.

Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for information regarding refunds, replacements, and credits.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order product, you are purchasing an item that is not currently in stock or is scheduled for future availability.

We may collect full payment, partial payment, or authorization of your payment method at the time of purchase and charge any remaining balance when the item becomes available for shipment.

Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be canceled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it may no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
