Delivery Times

Delivery dates and times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries are handled by third-party shipping and delivery providers. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Crockstar Dinner Club LLC is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Product Storage

Upon delivery, customers are responsible for promptly storing products according to the provided instructions.

Our meals should be stored in a cool, dry location. Freshness cannot be guaranteed beyond 18 months from the date of receipt. Product quality depends on proper storage after delivery.

Delivery Acceptance

Any individual at the delivery address who accepts a delivery is presumed authorized to do so.

If no one is available to receive the package, deliveries may be left according to customer instructions or in the safest location available. Once delivery is completed, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all products upon arrival. If you believe a product was damaged during transit or is not suitable for consumption, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

Delivery Changes

Subscription delivery changes, pauses, address updates, or scheduling adjustments must be requested at least 10 days before the next scheduled shipment.
